Chelsea have confirmed they have agreed terms with Atletico Paranaense for the transfer of their Brazil Under-20 starlet Nathan.

The Blues revealed the news via a statement on their official website on Thursday, in which the Premier League champions confirmed the attacking midfielder had passed a medical and agreed personal terms with the Stamford Bridge outfit.
Nathan, who has represented Brazil at Under-17 and Under-20 level, admitted he was delighted to be linking up with Jose Mourinho’s side at the beginning of July.
‘I am very happy to be joining Chelsea, the champions of England, and I hope I will be able to learn a lot and develop my game,’ he said.
The midfielder hinted he was close to sealing a move to Chelsea on Tuesday when the 19-year-old took to Instagram to reveal his dream to play for the club was coming true alongside pictures of him signing a contract.
Nathan caught the attention of foreign clubs after he scored five goals in as many games at the Under-17 World Cup in 2013, which led to him being included in the team of the tournament.
